Responsibilities:
Responsilbilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle reception responsibilities.
- Assemble and dispatch documents to clients.
- Follow up on documents awaiting signatures.
- Lodge tax returns and other documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Process and organise client documentation, details, and information.
- Schedule appointments.
- Respond to new client inquiries.
- Liaise with ATO, ASIC and other government bodies
- New company, trust and other entity setups
- Adding and disengaging clients
- Client onboarding
- Training clients on software usage
- Welcome clients and prepare for meetings.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Uphold a pristine office appearance.
- Other tasks as deemed necessary.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative role within a professional setting.
- Detail-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- High standard of professionalism.
- Affinity for technology and its applications.
- Must be personable and enjoy assisting others.
