Niramar Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time (flexible hours), data entry / Office Administrator to work with our privately owned, commercial electrical contracting company at Thebarton.
The successful candidate must:
- Be proficient in XERO/MYOB data entry and payroll processing
- Have a good working knowledge of MS Excel spreadsheets
- Be a team player in a male dominated environment, but able to work autonomously
- Be well presented, projecting the professional image of the company
- Have the ability to work under pressure
- Have all round working knowledge of office administration and competent usage of MS Windows, MS Word and manual filing.
- Have a desire to develop their position in the company by taking on and developing new systems to further streamline new and existing company processes
Previous experience in the commercial electrical contracting or construction industry would be an advantage.
