WOW recruitment are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a small, dynamic team in the audio/visual industry. The glue of the company, you will be undertaking a variety of duties to support a fast paced and growing business.
You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the business.
You will be;
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including entering and paying invoices, processing receipts
- Undertaking Reception duties
- Logging tradesmens hours
- The First Point of contact within the office
- 2+ years Office Administration experience
- A friendly, positive attitude
- Experience with Accounts payable preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and support all areas of the business
- Be organised and flexible
- Be a permanent resident of Australia/citizen
- Working across 2 businesses, you will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role
- You will work closely with the accountant and have the opportunity to develop with the company.
