WOW recruitment are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join a small, dynamic team in the audio/visual industry. The glue of the company, you will be undertaking a variety of duties to support a fast paced and growing business.
You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the business.
You will be;

• Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including entering and paying invoices, processing receipts
• Undertaking Reception duties
• Logging tradesmens hours
• The First Point of contact within the office

You will have;

• 2+ years Office Administration experience
• A friendly, positive attitude
• Experience with Accounts payable preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and support all areas of the business
• Be organised and flexible
• Be a permanent resident of Australia/citizen
