Harvest Trail Services (HTS) is seeking a part time Office Administrator. Working alongside the HTS Manager, you will be responsible for all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the government program.
Based in Vasse, the role requires a minimum 20 hours per week, with flexible hours and days for the experienced applicant.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and email enquiries
- Coordinate job seeker registrations and onboarding processes and procedures
- Managing social media, including content creation (using existing templates)
- Opportunity to attend grower visits, industry expo events and job fairs
- Input accurate data into database and government reporting systems
- Invoicing

Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years solid administration experience
- Microsoft Office - Excel skills in particular
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multi task, prioritise and use initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Marketing and social media experience (preferred)
- Ability to work unsupervised and be a self starter
