We are looking for a dynamic Office Administrator with Accounts Payable/Payroll/Receivable experience to join their team!!

Duties include but not limited to -
- General Reception/Administration duties as and when required
- Inbound and outbound customer calls
- Accounts Payable/Payroll
- Payroll
- PAYG
- Prepare payments to be authorized by management
- Superannuation
- BAS Preparation
- Bank Reconcilliations
- Accounts Receivable
- Invoicing
- Bank allocations
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Maintain debtor ledger
- Liaise with suppliers when required
- Assist with managing social media updates
- Website management - updating new products pricing etc.
Skills required -
- Proven experience in payroll processing, accounting, and reporting using FoundU payroll, time & attendance system
- Strong understanding of legislation, taxation, and superannuation as they relate to payroll processing activities
- Knowledge of the approaches to managing records and/or database management
- Able to show initiative within a team environment
- Ability to take direction & meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise and multi-task with minimal supervision
- Must be proficient in EXO, outlook, MS Office suite
