- Invoice entry for assigned companies, suppliers and contractors
- Accounts receivable and payable
- Accurately match purchase orders to invoices
- Answer customer and supplier queries via phone and email
- Reconcile accounts
- General administration duties and supporting the Manager as required
- Greeting clients at the Cellar Door
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience
- Experience in payroll and invoicing
- Strong administration background
- Great relationship building skills and positive contribution to culture
- Ability to work 3 days per week on site at the cellar door
