Job Overview:
As the Office Admin, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office while assisting in various marketing activities. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can efficiently handle administrative tasks, ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace, and contribute to the implementation of our marketing strategies. Responsibilities:
Office Admin:
- Assist with day-to day office administrative duties
- Greet visitors and attends to their needs, such as finding them a place to sit and making them tea or coffee.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team and employees, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
- Oversee office operations, including facility management, supplies procurement, and equipment maintenance to ensure a functional and efficient work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries, correspondence, and maintaining professional relationships.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and organize office events, annual party, meetings, and team-building activities to promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
- Monitor and update company websites, social media platforms, and online listings to ensure accurate and engaging content.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 2+ years experience as an office administrative role or 2+ years hospitality experience
- Self motivated/ Self starter
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Fast Learner
