Small Accounting Firm in Caboolture, seeking office admin/reception for 15 hours a week work (Can arrange flexible times for within school hours if needed)
Role may grow to more hours overtime.
Next Level Taxation has been operating for 3 years, and the sole practitioner is now seeking an office admin assistant.
Role will include greeting clients, taking calls, preparing documents and emails, document scanning, office basic cleaning, working closely with the practitioner on smaller jobs and running daily errands.
Experience in an accounting firm a benefit, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Xero expertise a bonus.
Must have own vehicle as role will require occasional collection of items.
