Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, or a related field would be preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, fundraising, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of securing funding from grants or a willingness to apply for grants.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Possession of a current, full Queensland Drivers Licence (C Class).
- Willing to go through a Criminal History check.
- Possess a current Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian suitability (Blue) card or able to obtain.

(Level 3 to 4 commensurate with experience).
