About the Role
We are currently seeking an Office Assistant (8 hours per week) to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist with various office tasks. You will work closely alongside our Head of Finance at our Brookvale office location.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as filing and organising documents
- Assist the Head of Finance with adhoc administrative tasks
- Draft letters utilising our templates
- Assist colleagues and teachers with their enquiries
- Assist with office maintenance and organisation
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to learn and quickly familiarise with systems we use
- Methodical in your approach ensuring your work is completed accurately with an exceptional eye for detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written English skills and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and you have a can-do demeanour to your work
- Prior experience in an Office Assistant or administrative role is a plus
- Available to work 8 hours per week on a flexible schedule at our Brookvale office location
- Flexibility to work additional hours when required is a bonus
