About SixthSense Experiences:
SixthSense Experiences provide staff for events, whether is a corporate function, weddings, birthday parties or just cruising around the harbour on a superyacht. Our mission is to provide a service with a personal touch and an extra sensory feel where we are anticipating our clients’ needs before it happens - we call this the SixthSense in hospitality.
 
About this Role:
Join our team as an Office Assistant where you'll play a pivotal role in our daily operations. As the backbone of our office, you'll handle bookings, manage client and staff feedback, oversee casual staff, and assist in software management. Your attention to detail and positive attitude will be essential as you support our team in delivering exceptional service and maintaining efficient workflows.
 
In this role, you will be:
  • Managing bookings efficiently via phone and email, catering to a diverse clientele including catering companies, corporations, and events
  • Handling client and staff feedback with professionalism and tact, ensuring all concerns are addressed promptly
  • Supervising and assigning jobs to our casual staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery
  • Assisting in the management of our main company software and platforms, contributing to seamless workflow processes
  • Updating documents and providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
 
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • An understanding of the Hospitality Industry, Customer Service, and/or Rostering, although not mandatory
  • Exceptional 5-star customer service skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and client interaction
  • A positive and friendly attitude, fostering a welcoming environment for both clients and colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, especially in processing orders where accuracy is paramount
  • A passion for learning
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Canva would be advantageous
