Tasks & Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls from new and existing skip bin customers
- Taking bookings over the phone and processing online bookings
- Processing credit card payments
- Batch Invoicing
- Debtor phone calls
- Email quotes and responding to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Creditor payments and filing
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong customer service
- Ability to multi task
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to take instruction and follow direction given
The Bin Guys are a West Australian Family owned business that has been operating for over 25 years. We hire skip bins to commercial and residential customers in the Perth Metro area.
