We are a migration & conveyancing firm located in the center of Parramatta and are looking for a full time staff to work as an office all rounder. The applicant needs to perform the following jobs:
- Answering phone calls and response to emails received from clients.
- Assist Registered Migration Agent in filling up the forms and prepare the documents ready for lodgement.
- Promote in Social media about the services and update our clients
- Follow up with prospective clients and inquiries
- Maintain client database
- Liaise with stakeholders regarding Conveyancing
- Use software for settlement and correspond with different parties.
- As directed by the Director of the business for all other office jobs
