Office Assistant

We are a migration & conveyancing firm located in the center of Parramatta and are looking for a full time staff to work as an office all rounder. The applicant needs to perform the following jobs:

1. Answering phone calls and response to emails received from clients.
2. Assist Registered Migration Agent in filling up the forms and prepare the documents ready for lodgement.
3. Promote in Social media about the services and update our clients
4. Follow up with prospective clients and inquiries
5. Maintain client database
6. Liaise with stakeholders regarding Conveyancing
7. Use software for settlement and correspond with different parties.
8. As directed by the Director of the business for all other office jobs
