We are 8 years young professional services firm with offices in Gold Cost, Sydney, Wollongong, Canberra and Melbourne. We are currently looking for an assistant accountant with payroll experience to manage fortnightly payroll for 60 team memebers.
As the business is growing, we are now looking for a well-organized and a motivated individual to grow with the business to join our vibrant finance & admin team, based in Alexandria.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the timely and accurate calculation of fortnightly payroll.
- Assist in new employee induction.
- Assist in recording and maintaining employee records
- Manage and Provide information to employees on payroll matters.
- Assist with monthly reconciliations on company credit card and Accounts payable.
