OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED
Our electrical and air conditioning business is looking for a casual office admin assistant to come on board and help keep up with the day to day running of the business.
The position will include (but not be limited to) duties such as:
- Answering phones
- scheduling works
- quoting
- locating and ordering parts
- Invoicing jobs
- Liaising with clients over the phone as well as through email correspondence etc
About you:
- Must be able to work independently as well as dealing with a large range of people including tradies.
- Experience in Microsoft office and Quickbooks/Reckon is preferred but not essential as we are willing to train the right person
- Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn new tasks efficiently
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
The hours are flexible for the right person, but we are looking for someone to work approx. 16 hours per week and be able to cover annual leave etc. There may be room for hours to increase down the track.
