TPSC is a well-established, service-driven, family run, swimming pool and spa maintenance business, primarily servicing clients in Melbourne’s north and north-west area.
We operate a busy retail storefront, have an extensive on-site service offering, and are rapidly growing our online and e-commerce presence.
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in a fast-growing and highly demanded industry.
This is a permanent part-time position of four working days per week.
This role involves:
- Managing information in our inventory management system including:
- Input and updates of product details
- Recording of stock movements
- Entering of purchase orders and accounts payable documentation
- Maintaining & updating client and booking information in our field service management system.
- Providing general administrative support, office duties and customer service as required.
Ideal candidates for this new position would have/be:
- Competent & proficient in using technology and common business applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Capable & effective working with databases and data entry software
- High energy, enthusiasm and self motivation
- Confident, co-operative, open and transparent
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a small team
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
