Farnese Australia PTY LTD is a national company with Head Office located in Ingleburn, Sydney, industry leaders in the design and manufacture of a variety of machinery for the Stone and Woodworking industries.
Farnese machines have found homes all over Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom and Vietnam.
We are seeking a suitably experienced Office Assistant for 5 days a week - 6 hrs per day to join our NSW team, based in Ingleburn NSW.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Data entry of invoices and bills
- Overdue account maintenance
- Filing
- Recording incoming service requests on CRM
- General duties as required to assist Admin & Accounts teams
Skills and Experience:
- General knowledge of administration duties
- Basic computer operation knowledge is a must
- Basic Xero knowledge
- Ability to multitask
