Experienced Training and Development ManagerFresh & Save are seeking an experienced Training and Development Manager to lead our organisation’s training efforts. This is a new position where the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Partnering with Senior Management to identify and assess current and future training needs.
- Design and implement training programmes that enhance the knowledge, skills, morale, and productivity of our team at all levels.
- Deliver engaging learning experiences using traditional and modern training methods. These may include mentoring, coaching, on the job, in class, digital and e-learning methodologies.
- Establish a Management Development program that provides recognised qualifications and a clear career path for aspiring Retail Leaders.
- Manage our apprentices in conjunction with our industry training partners
- Provide professional development support to our existing Management Team.
- Monitoring and evaluating our training program’s effectiveness and ROI with appropriate reporting
Requirements and Skills
- A relevant qualification in education, human resources, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Training Manager
- A track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods
- Be an effective collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, multi task and manage time effectively
- Experience in accessing government training subsidies and incentives
