We are looking for a self motivated, reliable part time Office Assistant to join our team
This is a part time position with 3 days per week required.
The successful candidate will provide admin support to the Project and Office Managers, and be able to hit the ground running. You will be working most of the time alone in a small air-conditioned office at our yard in Terrey Hills.
Essential criteria you will need to be successful:
- Self motivated and a team player
- Possess previous administration experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills to prioritise workload
- Must be well organised and hardworking with an eye for detail
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook and MYOB
- Construction / Landscaping industry knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to professionally liaise with clients, construction staff and sub contractors
