The RoleThe formal version: We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and detail orientated Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our two Company Directors. The role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day office operations, including a wide variety of administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, meetings, making travel arrangements, and managing correspondence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
The straight up truth: The two Colton businesses are growing fast and evolving, and our 2 Company Directors need some wrangling. They’re really likeable guys, but we need someone who can help bring a bit of process to their working lives. This is a new position, so whilst we’ve got the above list of tasks, we need someone who can come in and deal with a little bit of fun chaos. You’ll need to have a great sense of humour as there is a lot of banter and random conversations with these two guys, and they’re both straight talkers.
