A global financial company based in the Sydney CBD are looking for an Office Coordinator to join their team on a 10 month contract, with potential to be longer.
As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling office needs and overseeing tasks such as reception desk, office events, projects, safety. Within this position, you would have the receptionist reporting into you on a daily basis. You will need to be proactive with initiative to ensure the office is kept at a high standard.
Duties:
- Coordinate office facilities and equipment maintenance.
- Manage reception duties and client interactions.
- Oversee meeting room bookings and IT services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support internal events and day-to-day operations.
- Manage the front office team.
- Proven experience as a Senior Receptionist or Office Coordinator
- Prior experience managing a small team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- In office 5 days
- Available to start immediately
- Competitive salary $80,000 + s
