The Opportunity:
We're seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our Sorrento Office in a hybrid role as an Office Coordinator & Sales Cadet on a full-time basis (5 days), including Saturdays (a day of during the week). This role offers a unique blend of administrative duties and exposure to sales operations, making it an ideal transition opportunity for those aspiring to pursue a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle front office reception tasks, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and team members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining positive interactions and relationships.
- Manage stock levels of office supplies, preparing keys for settlement collection, and maintaining purchaser registers.
- Assist with general property maintenance tasks and manage tradespeople as needed.
- Support the team with enquiries and administrative tasks, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude.
- Prepare for and attend open/private inspections on Saturdays
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Liaise with solicitors, vendors, buyers and third party suppliers throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm for maintaining office aesthetics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and learning.
- Previous experience in front office reception is advantageous.
- Real estate license
