As the first point of contact for our company, your role will be crucial in creating a positive first impression for clients, visitors and employees alike.
Your days will be varied and include:
- Managing reception, including allocation of security passes and visitor arrangements including site safety inductions
- Manage/administer office/site related service contracts (cleaning, gardening services, security etc)
- Assist with invoice payments
- Manage office consumables (stationery, kitchen supplies etc)
- Manage external mail services (including collection and distribution of incoming mail and collection and sending of outgoing items)
- Customer service call centre overflow
- Co-ordination of project meetings (inclusive of calendar invitations, meeting rooms, catering etc)
- Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
- Support for project related information gathering activities
- Support project budget tracking
Several years’ experience in a corporate level office administration/reception and / or project administration roles.
- Proactive mindset to identify areas for improvement and take initiative.
- Provide top- notch customer service to employees visitors and clients, addressing their needs with professionalism.
- Strong administration skills coupled with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organisational ability
