Fair to say I'm described as a curious person.
When I became an owner here I was curious about a few things:
1) How do we deliver an even better patient experience visiting your Doctor?
and
2) How do we create a culture and a workplace that is known for being somewhere everyone wants to work?
I soon realised that these two things were connected. With a happy and fulfilled team we have been able to change the patient experience...
So, as a team we went to work on the project "how to make this work place next level awesome"...
Think fulfillment, fun, happiness and challenge...
