Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Office administration as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, feedback, and providing information about our services
- Coordinating with customers to schedule service appointments, prioritizing based on urgency and technician availability
- Dispatching plumbers to job sites, optimizing routes and schedules for efficiency
- Maintaining meticulous records of customer interactions, invoices, accounts payable records & collections efforts
- Facilitating communication between field staff and directors, ensuring seamless information flow
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and materials for their jobs
-Manage a spectrum of general office tasks, including vehicle and asset management, office supplies procurement, coordinating team meetings, and overseeing the cleaning roster

-Strong proficiency in accounts payable and receivable processes, with hands-on experience utilizing MYOB or Xero

-Familiarity with Job management systems is advantageous.
-Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate various software platforms seamlessly
-A proactive attitude, coupled with self-motivation and a passion for driving team success
Applicants must also possess the following qualifications or certifications:
- Current manual driver's license
- Police clearance
- Medical clearance certificates when necessary
