Your New Role:
Join us as an energetic, proactive and seasoned Office Manager/EA, with innate organizational skills and clear communication. As the linchpin for our Sydney Office and coordinator for other states, we're seeking an organized individual with an easy-going nature, professionalism, and strong people skills, to align with our company culture.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with the Managing Director and staff to expedite administrative activities and improvements.
- Liaising with global representatives to facilitate outcomes on events and information.
- Providing daily administrative support to ensure the smooth operation HQ and all business divisions.
- Key administrative responsibilities include: stationary, travel and accommodation bookings, switchboard, archiving, office equipment and environment, kitchen maintenance, social events, credit card reconciliation, air conditioning and much more.
- Creating and preparing documents and communications.
- Actively contributing to the company's values, fostering a high-performance culture, and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Managing 1 receptionist and support of other state offices with information and administrative activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of general business operations.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly the Microsoft Office package.
- Willingness to be hands on, roll your sleeves up and get the job done.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and exhibit excellent organizational skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to take initiative, staying two steps ahead.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adept multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in both written and verbal communication.
- Empathy and enjoyment of working with people of diverse backgrounds and personality types.
- A mature and professional approach.
