From start to finish with excavation, basecourse preparation, hot mixed asphalt and spray seal applications.
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team at Cavan.
About You
- Previous experience is a MUST in a similar role with a minimum of 5 years experience
- Proficient knowledge in Outlook, Excel and Word
- Reliable, punctual and honest
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and time manage
- Excellent organisation skills
- Great oral and written communication skills is a must
- Knowledge on Sybiz Vision, Sybiz Visipay is desirable but no a must.
Your responsibilities will include but not be restricted to
- Being a first contact for customers in person, on the phone or via email.
- Administrative tasks include but are not limited to filing, archiving, typing, scanning, photocopying etc
- Quotation preparation and submission for our estimating team
- Following up Work Orders and ensure billing information and requirements are entered into our systems
- Implementing and maintaining office procedures and documents as directed
- Participating in staff meetings, workshops and any training as directed.
- Support to the Senior Office Manager
- Maintaining computer-based management systems and App integration
- Maintaining supplier and sub-contractor management
- Maintain HR files including licences and clearances
- Assist with payroll
- Monitor vehicle/plant servicing
- Assisting in maintaining QA compliance
- Providing support to our estimators, senior Office Manager and director
- General housekeeping of the office with restocking supplies and kitchen up keep daily
Full time position with immediate start available. Expected hours of work are 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Negotiable hourly rate dependent on experience.
A medical including drug & alcohol testing, demerit point check and police clearance is require at the time of joining if you do not already have these current.
