The role
The position of Office Administrator at Wirra Wirra is varied and continues to provide new and interesting challenges. It is a role which is integral to the smooth operation of life at Wirra Wirra. As the "go to" person and the “face and voice” of the winery it is important that the person in this role has good organisational skills, flexibility, patience and the humor to juggle the variety the job entails with a smile.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Running daily errands such as mail, banking, newsagents and grocery shopping as required
- Opening mail and correct distribution
- Responsibility for ‘@info’ email address
- Stationery orders and maintenance of the stationery cupboard
- Filing and archiving
- Board and Management meeting organisation
- Responsibility for organising staff functions
- Maintaining staff contact list
- Miscellaneous administrative tasks from any department as requested
Finance Support
- Manage and reconcile petty cash
- Monitor @accounts email address
- Entering invoice data in Hubdocs
- Backup for various other tasks
Desktop Publishing
- Filing of reviews and accolades
- Creation of Reviews and Accolades presenters
- Updating of marketing materials
- Updating of sign-up forms, menu’s, and other collateral for cellar door, Harry’s Deli and Ashton Hills
IT & Communication
- First contact for internal IT and Communications enquiries from staff
- Direct liaison with external IT service providers
- Other miscellaneous IT tasks
- Ordering toner for printers through Fuji Xerox & dealing with printer issues as required
General
