Description of role
This is an opportunity for an Office Manager to join our Retail Projex Head Office Team. The position is part-time (20 hours per week) based in Castle Hill working alongside the Managing Director & Senior Management to assist with Office Administration tasks to help ensure the business runs smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Organising staff functions and events
- Coordinating staff travel
- Manage head office contracts, including IT, Printer & Cleaning
- Assist with Technology requirements for the business across Australia
- Diary Management
- Reconciliation of corporate expenses
- Management of CRM platforms and assistance with all projects
- Assist with the preparation of proposals & presentations
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Office Manager Experience
- Intermediate level of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word & Excel) - Essential
- Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Ability to communicate to the highest standard, being verbal and written, always closing out tasks
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Hold a current NSW Drivers licence
