- Manual franchise invoices
- BAS/PAYG
- Payroll
- AC payable/receivable & reconciliations
- Correct MYOB entries
- Administration assistance & escalation point
- EOM reconciliation and reporting
- Accountant queries
- Credit card reconciliation and entries
- EOFY reporting
- Set up new employee and onboarding
- Apprentice lodgement and claims
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and communication are essential.
- Professional and confident phone manner.
- Hands on Administration experience
- Accounts processing in MYOB including invoicing AP/AR reporting
- Strong reconciliation skills in MYOB
- BASS/Payroll experience
- HR administration
- Able to manage your time well
- Exceptional customer service
