Job Description:
General Administration
- Ensures all new team members are correctly established, with correct documentation, email addresses, phones etc.
- Weekly and Daily reporting as required by Management from time to time.
- Organises and facilitates the printing and distribution of Operations materials.
- Provide daily administrative support for HQ and business divisions, managing tasks such as procurement, travel arrangements, and office maintenance.
- Promote company values, nurture a high-performance culture, and uphold a positive work environment.
Customer Service
- Is first person responsible for answering incoming phone calls, and guests.
- Answering all customer enquiries (Phone, Email, Website, eBay, Amazon) within 2hrs of receival – redirects enquiries as needed and ensures close outs.
- Ensuring all orders are dispatched in line with company standards and customer expectations (Coordinating necessary resources to ensure this happens).
- Communicating with customers as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Keeping records of all complaints & positive feedback.
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges (Including training customers on using online ordering platform).
- Manage invoices.
Office Management
- Ensures adequate supply of consumables within the office (Stationary, kitchen, washroom).
- Responsible for administering all office contracts, eg rubbish, cleaning, water etc (except payment)
- Ensures office is kept clean and well organised. Makes others accountable for their untidiness.
- Ensures office is presentable for guests at all times.

- Advanced level in core Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
