An opportunity exists for an experienced Office Manager and Personal Assistant to work with the Directors.
The Role
Based at our Murarrie Head Office, this position provides overall office management and support to the Directors, including but not restricted to:
- Bookkeeping for multiple companies including inter-entity transactions
- Undertaking invoicing for property tenants and annual outgoing reconciliations.
- Monitoring Tenancy Schedules
- General office administration.
- Preparation of meeting agendas and minutes
- Management of incoming enquiries via phone and emails etc
- Diary management and meeting coordination
- Assistance in producing research, presentations and reports

To successfully secure this position you need to demonstrate:
- A level of proficiency using Microsoft Office
- Multiple years of experience in bookkeeping / Accounts (Xero)
- Superior organisation, administration and time management skills with a proven ability to work to deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Property ( Residential, Commercial and Industrial) will be an advantage
- Experience supporting senior management
- A mature, friendly manner with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with stakeholders
