Cityview Partners is a small boutique CPA firm located in Inglewood, Western Australia servicing a range of industries and businesses.
The role will have you supporting our Accountants and providing excellent service to our clients. Duties include:
- Managing reception - answering phone calls, attending to clients and all visitors needs.
- Management of appointments and client liaison.
- Invoicing in Xero and bank reconciliation's.
- Using CCH iFirm to update and maintain workflow.
- Deal with ATO correspondence and mail. Maintain client's records with the ATO and ASIC.
- Scanning of client documents and collating of documents for clients.
- Updating and maintaining client's information with ASIC and managing annual statements and resolutions.
Ideally we are looking for someone with experience in a small practice, but this is not essential. The successful candidate will have great attention to detail, diligent, have excellent verbal communication, the ability to work autonomously, strong computer skills, ability to maintain confidentiality and be prepared to work as part of a small team.
The role is onsite and is 4 days a week. Office opening hours are from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. Remuneration will be dependent on experience.
