Health Space Clinics is looking for an enthusiastic, mature-minded Office Manager who will be responsible for all organisational and clerical functions within our happy, family-orientated practice based in Pyrmont.
We require a professional, reliable team player with superior communication skills, including polished telephone manners, excellent time management and organisational skills and a high regard for healthy living. Most importantly, as you would be playing an important role in helping our patients regain their health and vitality, you must be a compassionate and caring ‘people’ person. We want you to love our patients as much as we do!

This is a part-time position at approx 10hours/week. Hours are open for flexibility. There may also be the occasional requirement to attend seminars and training outside your set rostered hours.
