Located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, our client is on the look out for a confident 'Office Manager' who is interested in utilising their extensive Office Administration skills.
This pivotal role would be ideal for a candidate who has working experience in the areas of finance and accounting administration, human resource administration and office management.
You must be a forward-thinking and professional 'Office All-rounder' who is committed to ensuring the best outcomes for the business at all times.
This is a permanent full time position within an established and progressive family business offering a competitive salary.
- 80k +$$ dependant on experience
- Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Permanent full time position

Responsibilities & Expertise
- Answer incoming Calls
- Book Keeping/Payment of invoices and services/Banking/Cash flow
- Preparing and lodging Workcover claims and payments if required
- Payroll/Superannuation/Maintaining employees leave entitlements and other wage award increases
- Experienced in MYOB and accounting software
- Process BAS/Freight Rebates/Diesel fuel rebates/Pallet Control (Chep, loscam etc) and PETE bottle deposit scheme
- Experience dealing with manufacturing companies
- Experience dealing with Wholesalers ordering Portals an advantage
- Preparing end of FY reports for Accountant
- Keep management informed of administration issues, improvements and recommendations
- Liaise with Head of sales in customer relationships
- Scheduling logistics and drivers within our fleet of prime movers for deliveries and pick ups
- Familiar with food safety and production an advantage
- Liaise with company contractors for services
- Liaise with Production Manager to ensure orders are being meet and forecasts are correct
- Provide input at weekly Management meetings to increase profitability of the company
- Experience in most common IT systems within the office
