Ray White Broome, Derby & Port Hedland offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join our team based in the Broome office. Job Role & Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our well-established offices, and drive departmental growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth office operations
- Mentoring and training staff
- Supporting staff growth and development
- Maintaining high standards of client and customer service
- Embracing new technology and industry changes
- Collaborating with the Managing Director and Office Supervisors in the Broome, Derby and Port Hedland offices
Skills & Experience:
We're looking for candidates with:
- Exceptional people management skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and a focus on client service
- Motivation and a positive attitude
- Ability to embrace change and new technology
- An energetic and engaging personality with a thought provoking attitude
- Previous real estate experience, particularly sales is highly preferred but not essential
