Job description

After 12 years, my long term Office Manager Extraordinaire is leaving to spend every waking hour with her first granddaughter.

So this means I am looking for my next superstar!

The position will wear a few hats but will primarily be helping the finance side of my Medical Consulting Business.  You will join our supportive and friendly team, that work in both the medical and aged care sector, but also plan to win Powerball this year as a group.

Assist our in-house Accountant with:

  • Payroll
  • Superannuation 
  • Invoicing/Reconciling 
  • Assisting Medical practices with PRODA and practice start ups
  • Medicare billing and oversight

Would suit person with:

  • Experience in GP or Specialist setting
  • Medicare or PRODA experience
  • Book keeping with Xero or similar
  • Strong computer and administration skills
  • Personal Assistant experience

Must have:

  • Sense of humour
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to have many tabs open in your mind at once
  • Thrive in a fast paced ‘noisy at times’ environment
  • Looking for near full time hours – at least 4 days per week
  • Must love dogs
