About the role
We are seeking a driven and results oriented individual to establish customer relationships and develop qualified leads in Melbourne across a specific customer category. Although a specific customer category we have a very deep product range to ultimately be a one-stop-solution to our clients.
You will deliver WOW service via phone, email and sms. Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with new and existing customers to ensure return of business.

The role is responsible for managing a diverse range of accounts to drive new business. This is a highly autonomous but key role for the business will work closely with our experienced and business savvy sales team who will provide ongoing support from our Head Office in Bowral, NSW.
Your main tasks will be to drive new sales in the Allied Health Clinic space and include all an extensive and growing range of products , by building relationships with key stakeholders and drive our business forward.

Responsibilities
- Develop strong and influential relationships with key customers to accelerate customer engagement and drive growth.
- Build a good understanding of all products and product categories and be able to use this knowledge effectively in customer interactions to drive mutual growth.
- Generate leads, drive new business, maintain and continuously develop a personal and team challenger sales methodology to drive business growth
- Continuously drive to improve and maximise sales conversion through understanding and responding to customer needs.
- Achievement of sales targets, KPIs and market share
- Support BDM activities to service an existing client base
- Report on sales activities and budgetary requirements
