Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office and support our pest control technicians in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, dispatching technicians, and handling customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including billing and invoicing
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing information and assistance as needed
- Process payments and manage accounts receivable/payable
- Maintain inventory of pest control products and equipment, placing orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Provide administrative support to management and field staff as required
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office management software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of pest control regulations and procedures is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office management/administration is preferred
