The Nursery and Garden Industry Queensland (NGIQ), a member-based organisation is the state peak industry body that represents the professional nursery industry. This includes production nurseries, growers, manufacturers and agents for allied products, retail nurseries and garden centres. NGIQ works in partnership with industry to provide member benefits through the facilitation of key events, education, identification and development of industry resources to assist them.
Qualifications & experience
- Must have prior experience in office management covering all aspects as listed in task and responsibilities.
Tasks & responsibilities
Managing reception, telephones and general administration
- Manage all communication channels including online, digital, website and printed
- Manage member database and upkeep
- Support financial administration
- Support NGIQ Event/Trade days
- Work closely with functions associated with the CEO
