Office Manager
Full-time position commencing ASAP
This full-time, ongoing position will work under the general supervision of the Business Manager and will be required to demonstrate:
- Effectiveness in advanced administrative functions
- Build cohesion through effective communication, encouragement, collaboration, empowerment, and trust.
- Ability to coach team members, promote solutions-orientated thinking, and to foster a growth mindset.
- Demonstrate alignment with the College values through word and action.
- Ability to follow specified policies, procedures and internal controls
- Effective time management and organisational abilities in an office environment
- Commitment to personal and team effectiveness
- Provide a friendly and welcoming customer service support, as first point of contact to parents, students and visitors.
- Prepare routine correspondence and documents.
The successful candidate must have high level administration and small teams' management experience. Competency in all facets of general office administration, database management and a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment is essential.
Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
