Office Manager

Full-time position commencing ASAP 

This full-time, ongoing position will work under the general supervision of the Business Manager and will be required to demonstrate:

• Effectiveness in advanced administrative functions
• Build cohesion through effective communication, encouragement, collaboration, empowerment, and trust. 
• Ability to coach team members, promote solutions-orientated thinking, and to foster a growth mindset. 
• Demonstrate alignment with the College values through word and action. 
• Ability to follow specified policies, procedures and internal controls
• Effective time management and organisational abilities in an office environment
• Commitment to personal and team effectiveness
• Provide a friendly and welcoming customer service support, as first point of contact to parents, students and visitors.
• Prepare routine correspondence and documents.

The successful candidate must have high level administration and small teams' management experience. Competency in all facets of general office administration, database management and a demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a wider team environment is essential. 

Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
