Office Manager - Sydney

Your new role 
Working with a supportive team in our Sydney office, you will act as a trusted adviser for all operational matters and provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the team. Your key responsibilities include:  

• Responsible for efficiently managing office operations and providing support to a team of project managers. 
• Managing and actively monitoring administrative tasks, including ordering stationery, PPE, groceries, and branded merchandise/equipment. 
• Manage third-party suppliers to ensure a clean and tidy office space. 
• Actively supporting staff and client events. 
• Collaborating and communicating with all key stakeholders, clients and suppliers providing effective and professional customer service.  
• Maintaining meeting rooms, kitchen, and reception areas, while ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities (office maintenance, stationery, kitchen/catering).

• You’re an experienced and successful professional with experience in an admin/operational role. 
• Client focused and a real team player, you’re committed to delivering exceptional customer service. 
• You have a good aptitude for software, systems and technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 
• You’re excellent at managing your own time and schedule and you thrive in a busy environment.
