Waterproofing Integrity is a leading waterproofing consultant in the new construction and facility management spaces, based in Newcastle, Sydney and Brisbane. The business works across several hundred projects each year with a strong client base that is continually growing based on a commitment to serve our clients needs in compliance and effective installation.
About the Role
We are looking for an Office Manager that can come in and apply a professional support role for the day-to-day operations of the business in the office management and staff support. Reporting to the General Manager, the role will be tasked with ensuring a functional office space, managing incoming enquiries, maintaining the customer database, assisting in assignment of tasks and other duties as required across the sales, onsite testing and design compliance functions of the business.
The core responsibilities in this role will include:
- Bookkeeping and accounts management
- Ensure effective office management in the respect of cleanliness and functionality
- Manage office contractors and orders for requirements
- Populate, maintain and administer customer database (CRM), assist with scheduling staff and assigning tasks as necessary
- Prepare and maintain records of involvement in current projects
- Contribute to and management of social media content
- Assist in organisational contractual requirements
- Assist General Manager, Technical Manager and Design and Compliance Manager as necessary on other tasks
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prepare routine correspondence, emails and reports
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to use spreadsheet and database applications.
- Work as part of a professional team committed to excellence
- Ensure accuracy in file management, task assignment and record keeping
- High attention to detail, excellent time management and the ability to multitask and prioritise
- An enthusiastic nature, willingness to learn and interest in developing within the business
- Current Drivers Licence based on current office location (Mayfield East) and potential role requirements
