About the Role
This key position will assist the Company Director and a team of experienced professionals with all aspects of administration, accounts, payroll and executive support (across marketing, sales, finance and offsite operations).
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Accounts/bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, end of month processes, payroll and associated statutory reporting for ~15 employees, financial reporting including BAS/IAS and preparation of budgets).
- Identifying and co-ordinating continuous improvement projects and quality control such as updating policies/procedures and maintaining systems for audit.
- Overseeing human resource functions including onboarding, employment documentation, employee recordkeeping and work health and safety.
- Managing document control systems (including ensuring that WHS, Quality Management and Document Control systems are up-to-date, accurate and ready for audit).
- Co-ordinating and managing IT issues and liaising with IT support.
- Supporting the sales team with processing of quotes.
- Providing executive support to Director as required.
- General administration and customer service (including supervising and co-ordinating workload of the Administration Assistant).

About You
To be considered, your application should demonstrate:
- Previous aligned experience as an Office Manager.
- Solid understanding and experience in bookkeeping functions (including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations and eom reporting).
- Proven experience with financial management systems (MYOB essential) and confidence using a range of computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A proven ability to multi-task and work well in a professional environment where time management and organizational skills are critical.
