An opportunity for an astute administrative professional who will be responsible for providing a range of high quality, efficient and effective administrative support functions to support the Office of the Mayor and Chief Executive Officer (OMCEO). This position will see you provide general administrative duties including, but not limited to, diary management, preparation of agendas, minute taking, website updates, filing, scanning, data entry, scheduling itineraries, providing professional correspondence with stakeholders and coordination of community, Council and Mayoral events. We are looking for a professional operator with exceptional customer service skills who demonstrates a high level of integrity within day to day work. Your ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders, attention to detail, organised approach, ability to work proactively and with agility when undertaking key responsibilities is essential in supporting the team in the optimal delivery of key functions. To be successful you will need: The ability to support a range of stakeholders coupled with a passion for providing a positive customer experience to internal and external stakeholders. Administrative experience supporting a complex area of business and management of confidential information to the highest of standards. A professional and approachable demeanour with the ability to prioritise tasks as needed. Demonstrated high level of personal integrity and ethics with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion. An eye for detail with the ability to produce quality work whilst under pressure. This is a part-time (0.8FTE), permanent position offered at General Officer Schedule Level 3 ($76,757 - $82,737 pro rata for part time positions) under our Enterprise Agreement 2022.
