Job Title: Office Support
Location: St Leonards, Sydney

About the role:
- Initially, your primary responsibility will be to pick and pack orders received through our online shop, phone, and email.
- Create shipping labels and ensure timely delivery of parcels to the post office.
- You will be an important part of the customer service team.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail is crucial as we work with medical equipment, and accuracy is essential.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a team environment and assisting colleagues as needed
- Adaptable to a warehouse/office setting
- Proficient in using computers and basic software applications.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Must have Australian working rights.
This is not a remote position, and the successful candidate will be required to work from our office in St Leonards.
