CBD based Chartered Accountants Office is seeking a motivated and reliable administration assistant to join our office to assist our accounting teams. The position will be on a full time basis. Duties will be varied and include:
- Data entry and maintenance of client databases
- Electronic Filing & Scanning
- General Accounting Administration Support
- Data entry to accounting and superannuation software
- Reception Relief
- Mail Duties
Previous experience in providing accounting administration support including ATO Lodgments, ASIC Lodgments, as well as a knowledge of BGL, MYOB AE, XERO and Microsoft Office Packages would be highly regarded, however full training will be provided.
The ideal candidate could be someone looking to re-enter the workforce, someone who has partly completed their accounting degree and wishes to enter the workforce while continuing to study part time or a motivated school leaver who was an interest in accounting.
The ability to work well in a team environment and good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
