About the Role
The Onsite Services Coordinator provides quality, timely, first level, on-site response to issues arising from the day-to-day operation of the Canon and third party device fleet and contracted services. This role reports to the Team leader - Client Services & may be based from multiple locations in Sydney as Parramatta, CBD, Macquarie Park. There is also the flexibility to work full time, part time or on contractual basis based on your requirement.
Main Duties
- Provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction to the customer's users;
- Escalate issues that are not being resolved or failing service level agreements
- Maintain Canon and third party device fleet at its optimal operational condition;
- Manage distribution of all consumables for both Canon and third party device fleet;
- Increase fleet availability & maximise fleet uptime
- Enable the customers to focus on its core business
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Ensure software calls are logged in accordance to the customer defined process
- Assist with asset management, including maintaining customer floor plans (where available)
- Assist with fleet and service recommendations
About You
Ideally you have excellent customer service experience, perhaps gained in the service industry or retail environments and you are looking to start your corporate career, or perhaps you've worked in similar roles before and you're looking to join a great team! More importantly you enjoy working out solutions and resolving issues in a timely manner and you are a team player who enjoys working with friendly, like minded colleagues.
