Your new company My client is a well-known maintenance company in Perth who is looking for their next Scheduling Team Leader. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to step up and build on their experience. Your new role You will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and exceptional customer service is provided to clients. Your day-to-day duties will include, but are not limited too;
Lead and mentor a team of three scheduling coordinators, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to schedules
Liaise with clients to confirm appointments, address scheduling changes, and provide exceptional customer service
Handle scheduling conflicts, emergency requests, and last-minute changes effectively
Coordinate maintenance schedules, allocate tasks, and optimize resource
What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience in a similar role and your leadership skills will lead you to your success, as will;
Ability to plan your work and prioritise tasks in order of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative
Knowledge of SimPRO software would be advantageous but isn't essential
