Our client is a fast-growing business in the NDIS space offering professional services to their clients Australia Wide. The services that they provide are Occupation Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support and Psychology Consultations. The is a work from home position.
About the role:
Working with the onboarding team your role will be to onboard New Clients that have enquired about our services. Our client receives leads from numerous sources and they need to be called up explained the services they provide and onboarded to the selected clinician that fits their needs. There is no cold calling this is pure outbound calls to people that have enquired.
Ideally but not necesary you will have experience from a Allied health, NDIS background or an understand of medical in general, this will help with the conversations with our clients and understanding their needs and putting together a solution for them.
You need to a proven history in sales

- This is a phone based role and you will need to comfortable to be on the phone and making 50 to 60 calls a day.

- Speak to our clients.
- Help onboard New Clients.
- Enter the data into our systems
- Book clients in
